Yo, everybody, what's happening?

Anyway this is my official hello. Any help will be much appreciated with me around the site. Thank you~

Also, WHY ART THOU BACKGROUND SO PAINFUL TO THY EYES?!

Can I make a request and have the background changed? Because it seriously hurts my eyes while I wait for the page to load =( Plus it's too distracting.
